In addition to advanced sports nutrition coaching for athletic and artistic performance, I provide specialised care for athletes and performing artists suffering from relative energy deficiency, overtraining syndrome, and the athlete triad.
Injuries, lost time, and missed opportunities are inevitable with improper fueling or body shaping tactics undertaken in the name of performance. Don't make that mistake. If you are experiencing fatigue, stress fractures or bone health problems, declines in performance over a season or throughout a tour, a lack of improvement in spite of hard training or hours of rehearsal, disordered eating patterns, or hormonal dysfunction (decreased testosterone or missed menstrual periods), I will work closely with you and your sports medicine team and other trusted specialists to get you back to where you want to be!
