I am not a medicare provider or in network with any insurance companies. I do provide receipts with all the coding needed for clients to submit claims for direct reimbursement.
To use your insurance, please inquire about out-of-network benefit coverage and ask specifically about CPT codes 97802 and 97803 for Medical Nutrition Therapy with a Registered Dietitian and any diagnoses of exclusion. Sports performance nutrition is not generally covered unless there is a clinical diagnosis from a physician or therapist.
— Initial evaluations are $265 and include a comprehensive medical and health history review plus initial nutrition education and planning.
— Follow-up sessions for continued nutrition education, to review progress and to make changes are $144.
— Brief calls for straightforward questions or consultations for family members, etc., are $100.
— For student athletes and athletes in development and clients in need financial support, I offer reduced fees. Reach out to discuss.
