To get scheduled:

• Submit the "Contact Me" form on this website with your details.
• Download the GetHealthie app.
• Victoria will call or email you to confirm. 
• Wait for an invitation to register online. 

Insurance:
I am not in-network with any insurance companies and unfortunately, I am not a Medicare provider. 
Call your insurance company to verify your benefits. 

• You will need a preventative or diagnostic code from your physician, NP, therapist, etc. Inquire about any diagnoses of exclusion specifically.
• Many insurance company customer service professionals are less aware of medical nutrition therapy and you may need to provide the following codes: CPT 97803 and 97804. 

Fees: 

• Initial evaluations are $265 and include a comprehensive medical and health history review plus initial nutrition education and planning.
  
• Follow-up sessions for continued nutrition education, to review progress and to make changes are $144. 
  
• Brief calls for straightforward questions or consultations for family members, etc., are $100.
  
• For student athletes and athletes in development, I offer reduced fees for those who need it. Reach out to discuss.
