About Victoria

A range of experiences over the past twenty years in medically based fitness, pediatrics, clinical nutrition, and DI collegiate athletics helped her develop a well-balanced nutrition philosophy based on trusting the wisdom of your own body ultimately leading to healing, recovery, and outstanding performances. She specializes in working with anyone struggling with eating disorders and other eating and exercise-related concerns through individual, group, and family nutrition therapy in a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental atmosphere. Her approach centers on food as integral to cultivating connection, joy, and community while also attending to issues of social justice, sociocultural systems, and the environment.

Victoria is a registered and licensed dietitian who holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and completed her dietetic internship at Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Biology at the University of Nebraska where she focused on ecology and environmental science. You can see her professional profile, publications, and recommendations on LinkedIn at www.linkedin.com/in/lambertrd.
